৪. ব্যবহারকারীর বিষয়বস্তু
আপনি আপনার জমাকৃত বিষয়বস্তুর মালিক থাকবেন, তবে Claymire যে কোনো এন্ট্রি প্রচারমূলক বা বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার, প্রকাশ বা সম্পাদনা করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। 

৫. দায়সীমা
ক্লেমায়ার.সাইট কোনো প্রকার প্রত্যক্ষ, পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

৬. সাবমিশনের সময়সীমা

• প্রতিযোগিতার সকল এন্ট্রি নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে জমা দিতে হবে। সময়সীমা পেরিয়ে জমা দেওয়া যে কোনো এন্ট্রি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে এবং মূল্যায়নের জন্য গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

৭. পুরস্কারের অর্থ ও পুরস্কার বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠান

• বিজয়ীদের পুরস্কারের অর্থ অফলাইন পুরস্কার বিতরণ অনুষ্ঠানে চেক আকারে প্রদান করা হবে।

• যে বিজয়ী অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত থাকতে পারবেন না, তার পুরস্কারের অর্থ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হবে।

• বিজয়ীদের অবশ্যই সঠিক ব্যাংক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে। ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্যের কারণে অর্থ প্রদানে কোনো বিলম্ব হলে Claymire দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।

৮. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী

• প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণকারীদের অবশ্যই নিবন্ধনের সময় সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

• যে কোনো প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন করলে অংশগ্রহণকারীকে বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

• Claymire যে কোনো সময় প্রতিযোগিতার নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

9. Prize Money & Award Ceremony

• The winners will receive their prize money in the form of a cheque during the official offline award ceremony.

• If a winner is unable to attend the ceremony, the prize money will be transferred to their bank account within 7 days of the event.

• Winners must provide accurate bank details to ensure a smooth transaction. Claymire will not be responsible for any delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.

10. Refund Policy

• All payments made on Claymire.site are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with our policies.

11. Entry Deadline

• All competition entries must be submitted before the specified deadline. Any entry received after the deadline will be considered rejected and will not be evaluated.
