Tea Stall Design Plans and Details

1. Overview

A compact, mobile tea stall cart designed with wooden frame, partitions, louvres and bamboo jali. The stall integrates both modern and traditional Bengali aesthetics, ensuring cost- effectiveness and functionality.

2. Dimensions & Layout

Total Size: 67 square feet (13'4" x 5") and Height 7'6".

Frame: Wooden (lightweight and durable).

 Partitions: MDF or Plywood.

 Roofing: Durable fabric/tensile material fixed in sliding wooden frame.

 Wheels: Lockable for stability.

3. Key Features

 Storage Compartments: Lockable sections for securing items.

 Display Area: For tea cups, snacks, and accessories.

 Foldable Counter: Extends workspace when in use.

 Jali: Not only Aesthetics purpose but also ventilation for smoke and water vapor.

 Louvres: Provides shade and enhances aesthetic appeal.

 Drainage System: Small built-in sink with a water storage tank and removable waste container.

 Lighting: LED light for evening operations.

6. Construction Guide

1. Frame Assembly: Grouped cut wood to form the primary structure.

2. Panel Installation: Attach MDF/Plywood partitions using screws or bolts. 

3. Counter Attachment: Fix foldable countertop using hinges for easy extension. 

4. Canopy Setup: Secure fabric canopy onto a lightweight supporting frame. 

5. Wheel Mounting: Install lockable caster wheels for easy movement.

6. Sink & Drainage: Install a small sink with a water tank and drainage pipe. 

7. Lighting & Finishing: Mount an LED light and apply protective finishes.
