Project Description
Located on the bustling streets of Mirpur 10, opposite Mirpur Ideal Girls' School, this tea stall is designed to thrive in a high-foot-traffic environment. The concept prioritizes functionality, mobility, and ergonomic efficiency, creating a compact yet highly adaptable structure suited to urban demands.
A key feature of the design is its moveability. The entire stall is lightweight and modular, allowing it to be easily relocated as needed. The base is equipped with sturdy caster wheels that lock in place for stability when stationed. This feature ensures flexibility, making it adaptable to different street locations based on demand, time of day, or city regulations.
The L-shaped workstation, positioned against the eastern boundary, optimizes workflow efficiency. It includes a two-burner stove, a tray for cups, and shelves for biscuits and cigarettes. The hollow storage beneath the counter accommodates extra supplies and stackable stools for customers, making the space multifunctional.
Designed for efficiency and ergonomics, the layout ensures the tea maker has effortless access to all essentials while maintaining an organized setup. The stall is constructed with lightweight, durable materials such as metal and treated plywood, ensuring longevity and cost-effectiveness. The structure incorporates ventilation and considers the south wind direction for stove placement, improving safety and energy efficiency.
Beyond functionality, the stall embraces local culture, fostering community interaction while maintaining a compact footprint. This design approach balances mobility, sustainability, and efficiency, making it an ideal urban tea stall solution.
