Project Description

Designing Conversations: Tradition Meets Innovation

Our tea stall design focuses on sustainability, flexibility, and cultural connection in Bangladesh. We used old doors, windows, and other discarded materials to create a beautiful and eco-friendly tea stall. By upcycling wasted materials, we would like to showcase how waste could be transformed into useful and beautiful structures.

One key feature of this design is the use of old windows to form a bifold partition which not only helps to keep the stall organized but also enhances the ambiance of the seating area. For shade, we designed a lightweight canopy made from recycled fabric. It can be adjusted based on the weather and customer needs, ensuring comfort at all times.

The serving counter and workspace are also made sustainably. An old door serves as the front panel and can be folded into a table when needed. Seating is made from recycled vegetable crates, providing a simple yet functional design.

Our tea stall is designed to be flexible. It can be expanded or rearranged to fit different locations and customer demands. Along with being eco-friendly, it also reflects Bangladesh's culture by using traditional materials in a smart and modern way.

This tea stall is more than just a place to serve tea. It is a symbol of sustainability, smart design, and cultural value. Our goal is to highlight the importance of eco-friendly construction while creating a welcoming space where people can gather, share stories, and enjoy tea in a unique and meaningful setting.
