Project Description

A tea stall is more than just a place to enjoy a cup of tea it's a cultural hub and a social gathering spot where connections are made, conversations flow, and communities come together. With my design, I wanted to create a space that brings together people of all ages, fostering connections and a sense of community. My focus was to create an environment where people from all generations can come together and connect 

I have combined modern and traditional art in my design, incorporating vibrant rickshaw painting a key part of our culture. At the same time, I have added contemporary art that will appeal to younger generations, creating an inclusive atmosphere for all. I have intentionally chosen vibrant colors to create a lively atmosphere. I have incorporated greenery as a natural shade creating a soothing environment. To minimize waste, I have chosen a site with lush greenery, allowing us to repurpose wastewater and used tea leaves as natural fertilizer, promoting sustainability and eco-friendliness. I have also implemented a zoning system for efficient workflow in the tea-making process. 

My chosen site has foot traffic throughout the day Making it the perfect location for people of all ages to relax, unwind and communicate. I want visitors to feel at ease, shedding their worries and connecting with the community.
